Post & Package

UK Mainland orders are charged at £4.99.

Small items will be sent 1st class by Royal Mail, larger items will be sent by Parcelforce.

For delivery outside of the UK, please call us on 01584 877747 for a quotation.

Delivery Time

Items already in stock will be dispatched within 2 -3 working days. Items that are not in stock will be dispatched within 10 - 14 days. Occasionally we may request 28 days to fulfil your order but this will be avoided where possible. Please let us know if you require your item urgently.

Damage

We check our stock personally before it is sent out to you. All items should reach you in perfect condition. Please notify us immediately if this is not the case and we will refund or replace damaged items.

Refunds

If you change your mind, then provided goods are returned to us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days, we will refund the cost of the item.

We are a busy little cookshop open from 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Please feel free to call us during these hours and we will be happy to answer any queries you may have. Do also feel free to drop in if you are in Ludlow.

Ordering

You may order items on the website, but if you would rather talk to one of us, we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Sale of knives

The Criminal Justice Act 1988 (as amended by the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 and the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006) makes it an offence to sell knives, knife blades and razor blades to anyone under the age of 18. In view of this, in-store collection in person is required, with proof of identification.

Privacy

We can assure you that your details will never be passed on to a third party.

Security

We use Barclaycard Merchant Services to process transactions on our behalf through an encrypted site using all the latest security protection procedures. You can rest assured that we at Ludlow Cookshop never see your card details.

Pricing

All prices on the web are in UK sterling and include vat at the current rate where applicable. In the unlikely event of a pricing error or in the event of a pricing increase, we will contact you to discuss this. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error. Please note we will do our utmost to ensure this does not happen and review our prices regularly to ensure they are always correct.
