Post & Package
UK Mainland orders are charged at £4.99.
Small items will be sent 1st class by Royal Mail, larger items will be sent by Parcelforce.
For delivery outside of the UK, please call us on 01584 877747 for a quotation.
Delivery Time
Items already in stock will be dispatched within 2 -3 working days. Items that are not in stock will be dispatched within 10 - 14 days. Occasionally we may request up to 28 days to fulfil your order but this will be avoided where possible. Please let us know if you require your item urgently.
Damage
Ludlow Cookshop check stock personally, ensuring it is in perfect condition before it is sent out to you. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the condition of your order then please notify us immediately. We will of course refund or replace items that are not in good working order.
Refunds
If you decide you are not happy with the goods you have ordered, then please return goods to us within 14 days in good condition and in their original packaging. We will refund the cost of the item, including the cost of delivery.
Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by the above terms and conditions.
WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing anually. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Ludlow Cookshop Ltd are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new electrical or electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Please bring your like-for-like item purchase receipt with you. Under the WEEE regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste.

You may order items on the website, but if you would rather talk to one of us, we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
Sale of knives
The Criminal Justice Act 1988 (as amended by the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 and the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006) makes it an offence to sell knives, knife blades and razor blades to anyone under the age of 18. In view of this, in-store collection in person is required, with proof of identification.
Privacy
We can assure you that your details will never be passed on to a third party.
Security
We use Barclaycard Merchant Services to process transactions on our behalf through an encrypted site using all the latest security protection procedures. You can rest assured that we at Ludlow Cookshop never see your card details.
Pricing
All prices on the web are in UK sterling and include vat at the current rate where applicable. In the unlikely event of a pricing error or in the event of a pricing increase, we will contact you to discuss this. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error. Please note we will do our utmost to ensure this does not happen and review our prices regularly to ensure they are always correct.
